General Introduction The term Street nipperren refer to Children who locomote on the courses, they ar deprived of family care and protection and they are among the ages of five and seventeen years old. The writers theme will be reflected under third major headings which are; the expository division, the reflective section and the uninflected section. The expository section is an oral presentation which lasted for 10 minutes.
